PDADelVal provides a uniquely intimate marketing opportunity for companies providing services and products in the life sciences. Four times a year, you will be able to interact in a close-up, consultative way with just the right sized group (Normal meeting attendance is 150-200) of scientists and life sciences management. Meetings include a networking hour with cash bar, dinner and a keynote speaker, so you will have ample time to establish and develop productive relationships. 

Product and Service Differentiation

Meeting sponsorships are limited to four per meeting (with the exception of Vendor Night), and you are encouraged to have your products and services on display during the cocktail hour and throughout the dinner meeting. This provides your sales team with a qualified, select group of potential clients who can take the time to view your offerings without the background chatter of a trade show environment. You will reinforce your company branding by, as a sponsor, having your company name, logo, contact information, and web link included in the meeting registration flyer, displayed here at PDADelVal.org  and announced during the dinner meeting. 

Cooperative Science and Collegiate Customer Support 

PDADelVal meeting sponsorship is an effective opportunity to build new  business, but it is much more than that.  It is also an opportunity to connect with existing customers, casually network a bit, and demonstrate your organization's support for industry-wide sharing of new science, methods, and technology. Additionally, it shows your commitment to your local scientific community through your support of PDADelVal's mission and events.
